"The last few visits to Donatos have been disappointing as the food has been overly burnt. During our most recent visit, the burnt taste was overwhelming and ruined the entire meal. The quality of the food was absolutely terrible and we have decided not to return. Surprisingly, a frozen pizza we had two nights later was significantly better, making us regret spending money at Donatos. Save yourself the disappointment and opt for a frozen pizza instead."

"Terrible experience at Steak 'n Shake today. There were only 2 guys and a manager working. One of the guys was clearly having a bad day and kept getting orders wrong, while the other found it amusing. They ended up giving my order to someone else at the window, who then brought it inside. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager and the first guy argued while the other guy just brought my order over. The manager fumbled through the bag and tossed it on the counter, which was gross. I decided to leave without getting a refund or my order. I will never go back to Steak 'n Shake again."

"My only complaint is the price, don’t get me wrong it’s really good, but I’m thankful we don’t have one in our town because for the price you can’t really afford to get it all the time. Super delicious and I always get the banana nutella one, it’s definitely my favorite!! We tried the cotton candy burrito or whatever it’s called and it was gross. Don’t recommend that at all lol."
