"This was on my list to visit while staying in Waianae after reading the great reviews. We had the shrimp pork summer rolls, sticky rice with taro wrapped in banana leaves, blue papillon flower tea, sorrel flower tea Thai coffee. The teas were so good refreshing... and tasted fresh healthy too not overly sweet. Both food items were excellent! The owner was so nice, and gave us a free sticky rice. We came in at a busy time and weren't expecting to wait as long as we did (about 20 minutes), but didn't mind as it only meant that the food drinks are freshly made. Do it give it a try!"

"Been to this Subway several times and this was a terrible visit. Broken AC, employees are expected to work with fans. It was broken last time I was in as well, weeks ago. Soda machine, broken. Female staff standing at the register didn’t even bother to acknowledge us, just stood there even though we had a mobile order and just needed to pick up. She was very unfriendly and clearly lacking in basic customer service skills. Sandwiches were given to us in a basic paper lunch bag that immediately ripped and there was no offer to replace it. No napkins. Overall, just ridiculous."
