"The Macha Latte was very good. The pearls are soft but chewy and the taste was not too sweet. I like the sesame on the waffle."

"We come here because of the chocolate festival. I always have known this place and finally I got a chance to try. It's amazing, you can taste all the chocolate bits they offer and pick the one you like. Then they will prepare a drink on that for you. For the chocolate festival, the Cure For the Winter Blues with the blue berry pairing, I think it is probably one of the best drink they have. I have yet to try their coffee and I could imagine it could be as good."

"Tried honey salt for dine out. Very lovely staff and very pretty rustic floral aesthetic. Food was average, but okay for the $55 dine out price tag. Not that impressive or unique. The squash soup was my favorite of the set. The korean chicken was very almost overly flavorful. The mains were only okay — The rigatoni was quite acidic from the tomatoes. The shrimp scampi linguine was better, creamy. The desserts were good. Con: Parking was $35 because it was an event day (canucks day)."

"Sri Lankan gem. I went here on a Friday and had their 5 vegetable curry special. Excellent choice of vegetables all individually prepared with different spices. Some can be deceptively very hot 'just looks like kale but ... whew what was in that? ' If you 're concerned specify your spice level. Unlike a lot of Indian food there are no thick, muddy curries/butter chicken type sauces the kind of Indian restaurants where you get pretty well the same sauce no matter what you order. Here every dish here has a separate specially crafted spice/sauce/dressing. Gazing over the menu you will notice that though the restaurant doesn 't advertise itself as vegetarian or vegan there were all kinds of vegetarian and even vegan dishes not a lot of dairy in the cooking style. The vegetable curries I ordered in particular were the best vegetarian/vegan meal I 've ever had I 'm a Chinese food fanatic because of the vegetables but the dishes I had here inched out even the freshest Chinese preps part of the reason being no oil/no frying but even when compared to steamed Chinese vegetables which are awesome these were 'awesome plus. ' However, meat eaters shouldn 't be wary there are all kinds of meat and fish dishes on the menu as well. <br/>There were a lot of interesting items I want to try at some other point e.g. noodle type dishes called stringhoppers, Super reasonable prices. I will be going back many times to work through this menu as about 75% of items I 've never run across before in a dozen years of eating Indian food in Vancouver of all styles from VIj 's to the All India buffet."

"We love Cham Cham and have been getting takeout there weekly (sometimes more often) since March. The owner and chef, Kim, is passionate about her Vietnamese heritage and cuisine, and the ingredients she uses are always fresh and flavourful. Our usual order consists of the fresh rolls and the chick’n wings with sticky rice, but everything is delicious, so you can’t go wrong! Check the Instagram account for any updates on business hours or special menu items. It’s been such a pleasure to see this business grow. We can’t wait to experience whatever new dishes Chef Kim comes up with next, and will keep enjoying our usual in the meantime!"

"The carrot cake might be the best thing I've ever had. Had other desserts all were moist and delicious but weren't as awesome as that carrot cake!"

"Good, they are getting there. Pastries are very good (except the apple tart) but who ever open this knows what is doing. Is not French, not Italian not Transylvanian, is super good homemade"

"I stumbled on this cafe on Zomato, and thought that it would be a neat cafe to check out. An old house that was restored and converted into a 2-storey cafe. Even from the outside, I was excited to see such a charming cafe in a closeby neighbourhood, and I never knew about it for the 10 years I’ve been in Vancouver!"
