"Pros:Outdoor seatingService with a smile (seems to be rare in Urbana)Reasonably priced, but there are cheaper options at the FSK mall.Cons:Accept cash onlyOdd hours. The pediatrician is located next doors, so they could be selling more if they were open earlier. That's just my opinion. Plus, I don't want to treat my kid to ice cream in the evening, because he'll be bouncing off the walls.When we went they served the ice cream on top of the spoon. This made the ice cream very difficult to eat for my 2-year-old. Essentially we had to topple it over. A spoon on the side would have been better.Bring cash."

"Was my first visit and the staff were very friendly! It's a pretty typical coffee spot, i had the matcha hot, it was uh-mayzing! And the tiramisu was delicious! If it had alcohol in it like traditional, i didn't taste it, but it was so good! It's not cramped, but seating is plenty. They have large long tables for sharing, smaller tables, and booths with very high backs (which was very helpful for keeping my rambunctious 3yr old contained). The only negatives (and i suppose it's perspective) was the extension cords that are on the floor. Imo it's a tripping hazard. Our booth had a cord plugged into the outlet that was very easily accessible for my kid. However!! One needs to keep in mind, this is geared towards the college kids!! It was a minor thing i noticed. My son and i will happily be back!"

"Zero service didn't (couldn't) speak to a single person. Burger was cold, chili was diluted, chili 5 way was sloppy. The plastic fork provided for the 5 way was too small to roll the spaghetti. If Steak Shake has gone 100% kiosk I won't be going back. Terrible lunch experience."

"This place is legit. From the meatloaf sandwich to the pork tenderloin that was actually very tender to the pulled pork that didn't need any BBQ sauce at all. Everyone was friendly, the food was great and we were glad we made the trip."
