"In 1980, the TÔ restaurant advertises its Vietnamese street cuisine. It was my job for a meeting in Düsseldorf. I was worried by Rheine by train, the traffic situation on the A2 and the A3 leaves no real pleasure on a trip by car. Time for lunch before the meeting was planned. The name “TÔ” is the epitome for authentic Vietnamese street food, which is typically eaten in Vietnam on small red and blue plastic chairs next to the street. Therefore it is always a little loud, a little chaotic and full of life. However, it always works somehow and above all it tastes particularly delicious! This was tasteful Asian Vietnamese cuisine and, as far as I can judge, much closer to the taste world of Vietnam than anything I get here in Münsterland. I'm coming back!"
