"The fact we were the only people in the restaurant on a Thursday night should have been a warning. From the street the place looked dark and closed. The restaurant is certainly spacious. Forget swinging a cat, could've swung a tiger and not hit anything. The free papadums that were brought out at the beginning had cumin seeds in them. Very tasty, shame they were a little stale. I'm sure someone drank half of my glass of wine before it was brought out, and they forgot the 2 serves of steamed rice we'd ordered, so the mains went cold while waiting for it, and then we only got a single serve. The food however was edible and not overly expensive. If you're after really good Indian food though, go to British Raj on Henley Beach Road."

"I guess few people visit the Adelaide Market and then look for a bakery lunch, but here I am! A pleasant, friendly looking cafe with seating for around 20. No casino in sight! I don't have difficult lunch requirements, but here at Wrest Point I find a pie with sauce, a cake and a cappuccino with lots of froth. In fact there is only a small selection of pies and pasties on offer, an even smaller selection of cakes, and my high froth is quite diminutive! It would be good if these deficiencies could be remedied, but even so, I would gladly come back to this café. The place has a real homey atmosphere: tables with pastel coloured (plastic) cloths, a pleasing gold and black décor, and a wall with small framed pictures and (plastic) potted plants. ABove all, the Asian couple who run the places are exceptionally friendly, helpful and attentive. What a difference this makes!"

"Loved the Baron Burger and the vanilla soda. The fries are seasoned in the best seasoning ever!!! Nashville Chicken Tenders weren't too great, a sponge of oil that we couldn't stomach although the spice and flavour was perfect."
