"I recently dined at La Locanda del Gallo with my family while on vacation. The staff wasn’t too warm but wasn’t unfriendly. We started off with the crostini plate, which was very good. As I said in the title, the food was interesting, meaning not your typical Tuscan menu. For example, the crostini plate included a lard and rosemary crostini, which I have not seen anywhere else on my vacation. We ordered two pastas as a first course: ravioli with sage pesto and tagliatelle with meat sauce. The sage pesto ravioli, which is also something I have also never seen anywhere else, was bland and lacked the sage flavor, however the tagliatelle with meat sauce was very good. Mostly everybody at the table ordered the turkey cooked in milk and rosemary as an entree, and many dishes came out strangely lukewarm, however the staff immediately heated up the dishes. Pork dish was excellent, the beef shank was delicious, and the roasted potatoes were great! The dark chocolate cake and the panna cotta with peach sauce were fabulous. The most amazing part was the view. Very picturesque! We had an overall good experience."

"Fantastic location, very comfortable. we were both for breakfast and for after dinner and in both situations we were served to the best. the barman was very professional in explaining the various facets of the various drinks that have no alcoholic goths. I would say perfect, congratulations."

"I returned after several years at the bar the trulletto, to enjoy a chilli coffee, where there is all the passion of the owner who in the preparation illustrates it all the way to enjoy it; a coffee that in its simplicity finds the coffee goto, the sweetness of the cream that drags the chili powder. excellent oil and jam the chili. Congratulations!"
