"Great place to come and have a good breakfast. Ordered the classic with rye toast and herbal tea. Meal was so good but the customer service was even better. Server this day was Shayla. Good work management for hiring this employee."

"I usually only do cooked sushi...you know, anything with a description containing seared, crispy, crunchy.' But all fears of raw seafood are gone! This place has the freshest and best sushi I've tasted on this island. I'm telling everybody!"

"Had lunch today at Jack Astor’s in Ancaster Usually have chicken strips with fries Meal was fairly good although I thought they had changed the fries not as good as before but what bothered us more when we got our bill paying for two...glasses of soda water and then there is tax on top of that Realize COVID has been tough on restaurants but prices like that will make you think twice so bottom line not good value for what you pay"

"Pizza is good but seating is high bar style I asked if some could be lower knee replacements] but they said headquarters mandated height I didn't believe them not senior friendly as they want the teen crowd who buy more ..if you want take out that's fine but be aware that you want to sit the you'll have to hike yourself up to nearly my waist height [i'm delivery is usually close to on time I stopped going because I wanted to sit enjoy so now I go to ancaster pizza just down the road that has pizza of same quality but there I can sit comfortably ............it's the small things that count in life"

"We had a dinner at the Wilson Street Bar & Grill on Friday July 21 with our son and his family. We had heard the fish & chips were excellent and that people come from all over to enjoy it. Well they are right , it is excellent and we will definitely be back again. Of course we have a family tie to the restaurant, our Grandson Sam works there but we would still go if he were not working there. The service and cleanliness of the restaurant is excellent. Our son had the wings and said there were delicious. We will be back. V & J C"

"Place on hey 2 in Ancaster should be closed. Two times there and the food was cold and old. Should close this place down and hurt your image. I'm not going to visit Wendy anymore. Quality is gone"

"The staff are always great and all of the food that I have tried has been above average, compared to your typical sports bar. A good selection of beers too. They also have lots of TVs in the bar to catch whatever game may be on. I would say that it is the best sports bar in downtown Hamilton."

"Patio dining that didn’t feel like you were in a parking lot. Great service and delicious lunch entrees. We had the calamari and fish and chips. A definite local favourite."
