"Our reservation was at 11 am and when we asked for a brunch menu our waiter told us brunch ends at 11 am and is only allowed past 11 am on the weekends. We asked if he would make an exception since itâs 4th of July and he said, no. After we were done eating, we see multiple people ordering and being served breakfast. On top of that, he wasnât really great at customer service. He seemed miserable."

"Booked an early dinner, wanted to check this place out for a while. Having read some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant, but we were promptly seated. Ordered drinks, the bar was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. My wife ordered the steak salad, which was good. I ordered the prime burger and sweet potato fries and a salad. Burger was really good, two patties cooked to order, they brought fries instead of the sweets, but they corrected the mistake and the sweet potato fries were tasty. Would have been better hot. The salad was fresh with two big strips of bacon. Overall the food, service and ambiance of the restaurant was between fair and good. Might give them another shot, but wouldn't rush back."

"Very cool and elevated place drinks are $21 a pop, but do not forget where they are. they also serve complementary house made chips and amazing olives. they can get a drink or two and enjoy living in this beautiful lounge with plenty of sitting in the indoor and outdoor areas. the bartenders are amazing and I wouldn't expect anything less, they make the drink place up and are real profis in high-end cocktails and spirituosen. if they like to go and enjoy a drink or two with someone and hate the crazy super loud cannot hear the other person scene, then that's her place. but seriously these chips and olives. bomb!"

"My husband and I were not staying at the hotel but we wanted to go and have a drink at The Polo Lounge (for the experience ya know) in the evening. We walked in late afternoon to inquire after a long hike in Malibu and we were greeted by a woman at the front desk. She was so pleasant and tbh I was shocked at how well she treated us given. She politely told us that if we wanted to come back in the evening, we'd have to change our attire, but not in an offensive way at all. We also knew that our current attire was not appropriate for the lounge. We returned that evening showered and dressed up and the same woman greeted us and walked us to the Polo Lounge. She even complimented on how good we looked! We were lucky as there were two open seats at the bar so we sat down and the bartender immediately asked us if we wanted a drink. We ordered two drinks, dessert, and coffee chatted with the bartender, and really just enjoyed the experience. The level of attentiveness and customer service was beyond expected. It was a lovely ending to our trip before heading back to Canada the next day. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I am happy to see that all guests are treated EQUALLY."
