"Wir essen regelmässig und gerne in Bieler-Restaurants und kennen uns deshalb recht gut aus. Das Restaurant "La Fontaine" ist inzwischen eines unserer Lieblingsorte geworden. Im Bistro-Stil und mit Kerzen und Blumen geschmackvoll eingerichtet, fühlt man sich dort sehr wohl. Die Karte ist saisonal ausgerichtet, die Speisen werden frisch zubereitet und das Preis- Leistungsniveau ist sehr gut.Die Teller sind stilvoll angerichtet und Rémy der Koch versteht sein Handwerk bestens. Die Rehschnitzel an der köstlichen Wildrahmsauce begleitet von hausgemachten Spätzli und passendem Gemüse waren eine kulinarische Freude. Der Pinot Noir von Silvia Steiner aus Schernelz in einem edlen Weinglas hat vorzüglich dazu gepasst.Wir kommen wieder und tun Sie es auch. "Le bar 48 rassemble beaucoup les jeunes. Le décor est particulier: des bouchons de bières ou autres sont collées sur les parois, les lampes sont originales. Il peut être possible de réserver la salle du haut. Leurs spécialités, ce sont les bières et les sirops!Certains soirs de weekends, il y a des concerts. Le soir, il y a beaucoup de monde et c'est difficile de s'entendre."
