"Lovely modern decor and situated in a great location with a good choice of projected live music videos. We don't normally go during busy periods so we have often found it quiet but we have enjoyed informative chats with staff about the wines on the menu. That is, until last week! We took some friends there after some late night shopping and, on trying, on several occasions, to engage in some polite conversation with the staff, received some negative and sarcastic comments. Very bizarre and very embarrassing! An off day?"

"Went to Annex plage for dinner recently.They have an entertainment show during the evening which consists of dancers, magicians, music acts etc.It's a breath of fresh air for cannes especially along the beach front.Food is good.. a couple of niggles.. off champagne was served for aperitif which they changed for a new version. The burrata was dry and was replaced part way through the evening. I think they wanted to show the quality of the food and we just experienced a mishap.. we wanted to enjoy a dessert on the sofa areas .. But these were reserved for shisha only.. (which was empty..) Probably due to ridiculously high price charged for a shisha.. 90 euros minimum price.. crazy!!On the whole, a nice night out and a new experience for Cannes .. but wouldn't rush back."

"Cenato con mia moglie. Saremo esigenti ma solo quando si va in questo target di ristoranti. Arriviamo al cibo. pre antipasti, simpatici ma non strepitosi. antipasti: polipo su idea di zuppa pistou -salsa buona polpo non eccezionale salato e acquoso. Fegato d'oca - contorno ottimo, dei petali di pesca con fragranze molto valido. il fegato buono cottura perfetta anche se personalmente lo preferisco piú cotto, abbrustolito. Secondo: branzino 'pescato' con salsa ai fungi e mandorle. Insufficente. I fungi 'chiodini misti a chantarelle' non ben puliti con parecchio scricchiolio di terra residua, il branzino non buono con il sospetto che fosse decongelato. Dessert alle ciliegie buono vedi foto. Ho fatto solo questa perchè ho deciso di scrivere dopo la tristezza del secondo. Dolcetti con caffè buoni ma non perfetti nel senso che la madeleine era molliccia e non croccante.Nel complesso servizio ottimo buon impegno ma risultato cosi cosi. Se dovessi tornare, ma dubito, proverei qualcosa di diverso."

The service is great with the same waitress now for a long time, always smiling and pleasant when taking the order. Highly recommended for people...with kids as they can spend time checking out the decor. Good value, good food, good service."

"As frequent guests of this hotel we decided to eat here. we have offered a special jubilee menu, which is offered at a price of 90 € for two including a glass taittinger champagner. we quickly served and get the menu. for starters we have. ordered ravioli good taste and presentation, separate rating 4 points), carpaccio by trout average taste and presentation, separate rating 3 points) from the house we have some brot (rolling) without diving, without teller and without butter. this type of service was also the same for other guests. that means that this is a bad concept. So I ordered some butter, which was then served with a lot of salt on top. when cutting the roll that I had to hold in my hand, because no small platelet was placed on the table, and so I had to ask for it and finally I got a large plate. then we ordered a bottle of water and red wine : camp de rouss, barbera d' asti, 2013, in billed with 65,00 €. that was served in white wine glasses!
