"Close to us we have eaten twice here in a week. we had both fish, the Heke Special was fantastic. perfectly cooked really fresh and great foods. friendly staff, wonderful view and dog friendly in the bar. you need to book. it is very busy parking can be a problem. there is a large parking lot in llangranog, but it is pay on the line and they must pay."

"I am a regular visitor to the premises and I have a varied selection of baguettes and panninis for my lunch . I usually take away but the coffee served here is also good. The smokey joes, chicken tikka with coleslaw salad and mango chutney...baguettes are fantastic. You can make your own selection from the ingredients which are visible to you through a glass counter. You are able to see how fresh the ingredients are . A little more expensive than other sandwich shops but the quality makes up for it , the old adage you get what you pay for."

"Called in for lunch and had the steak ciabatta with fries. Meal was tasty, generous portion of seasoned fries and steak was really tender. Staff friendly. Worth a visit if looking for reasonably priced food in town."

"This should have been a straightforward order for 1 but ended up anything but. I was shown to my seat but had to ask for a menu when nothing came. The waitress asked if I 'd like a drink before food and I replied that as I hadn 't seen what was on offer I couldn 't. I ordered a bottle of ale that came at the overly warm room temperature having been asked if I 'd like ice with it! It would have been nice to have been offered a chilled option rather than warm or with ice. I ordered my meal, a burger with no coleslaw and an onion ring starter to come with the main meal. The burger arrived with no onion rings but I thought they would follow but they didn 't. The burger came with coleslaw having been ordered without and the chips were bone dry, Terrible things that need covering in ketchup to make edible. If I 'd known I wouldn 't have bothered scraping coleslaw from several of them. The one positive was the excellent burger so it 's not all bad, the main thing was good, it was the rest that let it down. On being given the bill it included the onion rings that I didn 't receive so I had to correct that. The receipt showed 'no coleslaw ' next to the burger so the waitress didn 't forget to tell the kitchen that, it was simply ignored. The 2 waitresses seemed overworked and rushing looking at slips off paper all over their work area. A bit of organisation by management would go along way to helping them there. It 's not all badi f the main thing, the burger, was good. A bit of attention to detail and actually serving what was ordered would go a long way to making his a decent place."

"Hubby and I popped in here as we were starving hungry. Place was deserted and we did wonder if it was an omen. Couldn't have been further from the truth. We both decided on curry. We sat at a lovely table in the window and watched the world go by whilst we waited. When the good arrived, it was piping hot. There was a decent serving of curry, rice and chips. Plus a poppadom and a naan each, together with mango chutney and the lovely yoghurty sauce. It tasted gorgeous and was very filling. And a good price at £7.50 per head. Much enjoyed."
