"After 6 months in domodossola and elena every day, we decided to give elena an attempt (we had already drinks here). we looked at the menu earlier and it had turned us away (from some reason it doesn't look sexy, but eating is). as appetizers we had tartaric acid steak (I use it to measure the quality and ingenuity of the restaurant) and my wife had tona ”sandwich” with tomaten. both starters were good and the wetar was made intelligent (second best in domo). as main courses I had lamme in sweetness (delicious) and my wife had chickenmasala. both main courses are delicious. for desert we had panna cotta (gid one) and lemon cake without lemon delicious taste. the taste was great and brilliant, definately worth the visit. the portions tend to be small, so remember to order sidedishes (if they are super hungry)."

"As we were wandering around Piazza Mercato in Domodossola looking for somewhere to have a lunch time snack, we noticed the Cafe Istriano on the corner. As it looked busy, we decided to try it. It was very hot, so we sat outside under the canopy ad watched the world go by. We received the menus and decided to have a Panini with Brie, Ham and Salsa Rosa between us. We accompanied this with a glass of wine a beer. The panini was nicely served and tasted delicious.The service was very good and the staff very helpful."
