"I wanted to take the time to send my appreciation and kudos to the team at Via Allegro. It was my true pleasure to visit last week for dinner (Dec 2021 and had an exceptional meal. But the best part of my visit was the customer service and care taken by the service staff and in particular the manager. (I am sorry to say I did not get his name but he was wearing a red vest and had a charming accent. He took care of our table as if we were his own family and made sure we were all very happy. His knowledge of the menu and specifics helped some in our party navigate to the best choices. He was very personable and took his time with us. HIs customer service skills really resonated with me and made my visit memorable. I look forward to my next visit and re-experiencing his amazing service."

"Since this place is right by my house, we couldn't wait to try it out. Why? The neighbourhood is a bit dull, and most of the bars and restaurants around here are boring, dated, and full of date-time drunks. West City Snack Bar looked so much different at first glance. With beautiful decor, a nice environment, and a small but good looking menu, made it look like the neighbourhood was changing.We stopped in for lunch, and checked out, like I said, their fairly small menu. We ended up going with the burgers and a side order of fries. Surprisingly, these 2 burgers, 2 fries, and a bottle of water came to just over $30. The food was pretty good, but it wasn't great. The burger patties are super small, about half the size of the bun, and they came with one small onion ring for garnish. The fires were fantastic though. All in all, it was a pretty good experience, but for the location, it is just way too expensive. It just seemed like whoever opened this place did not do their research as to who lives in the area. They serve downtown food, for downtown prices, in a neighbourhood that probably wont go for it."

"I ordered online for 2 pound wings and fries. The online website said the order would be ready by 10:04pm. Did not get my food until 10:25-10:30pm. Once we did, we noticed that the fries were very low in quantity (I counted 7 pieces of fries in the box). We complained and they gave us extra. Overheard the manager saying that he skimps out on fries because “they are free” which they are not. They are part of the order. Our wings were over cooked and not at all the quality of St Louis. Very disappointed with my order and will not be going to this location again."

"The waiter was fantastic. She was fun, energetic and never missed a beat. The food was pretty good too. We went here because it was the only bar that was showing the Cavs game near the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Mississauga. What is really impressive by this place are the dessert options. They have so many different types of cake, it was hard to choose. I decided on the cherry cheesecake, and it did not disappoint."
