"My husband and I have enjoyed breakfast here on 3 occasions and each time the food was exactly as we ordered cooked to perfection. My husband must have his food hot and fresh and that’s exactly what he gets here. Kudos to the chef and...not to mention the amazing service. Will be back next time we are in the area."

"While exploring the lovely village of Fergus, we came upon this fine bistro had a delightful alfresco lunch. A glass of Ontario Pinot Grigio and a local IPA were good and well priced. Also, there are many options for draft beers from the Provence- a big plus! The menu is vast, with their focus on pub food, so there are ample choices of Burgers, but we opted for fish and chips and baked salmon with mixed greens, olives and feta. Both were tasty and priced fairly. The service was outstanding, with care warmth and humor displayed during our hour plus luncheon. A very enjoyable time at this charming Bistro! Highly Recommended!"

"The Goofie Newfie is a hidden little gem of a restaurant in Fergus. The decor is a great look is great, They have about 10 beers on tap. The fish and chips are a great deal too. The fish is a good size and not greasy."
