"We went to La Grande Motte on summer holidays for something like 8 years. Never found another quality restaurant, close a promenade. Friendly waiters, a well presented food and a good wine. Guest can order a special wish food (for example, lobster) in advance. Our...young son (2.8 years at that time) could freely run with other young guest-children (without disturbing other quests). During the day this place is functioning as a private beach with a bar. Guests can also have a lunch in the same restaurant, as in the evening. Nice music is all day long and in the evening too."

"We have returned pre covid as location is stunning but food service only ever ok, expectations were low! Today we visited and it was fabulous, friendly service by suzanne, greg theo. They helped our limited French with their excellent English .ensured we had a big day. we shared a lot of dressed to lunch that were all delicious. we stayed on our chairs throughout the time, but the bar and the restaurant had a great mood that we will be back. clean toilets that are mixed, but discreetly well maintained. not the cheapest beach day they have, but it's worth it!"

The service is fast and very friendly. All together this makes you feel...comfortable. I consider this a plus amidst the very large number of restaurants in this town"

"But normal food for a restaurant located on the seaside and whose objective and quantity. service that, without caricaturer, corresponds quite to the image that we have of the server that wishes the season to end. then enjoy at least the view of the sea and the sun, if it is at the rendezvous. come twice, breakfast and dinner, the high chairs offered for children are in a lamentable state."

"Wonderful view over harbour mouth. Very attentive helpful staff asked for coupe de champagne but according to bill we were given kir royal which was ok. We chose springtime menu. Terry's asparagus & fois gras were exceptional, looked good tasted better everything you would expect from a master cuisiniere. His lamb was meltingly tender tho perhaps a little more cooked than one might have expected. My risotto was a disgrace the rice might have been ok but it was swimming in oil/ fat with some frazzled baby octopus on top. I should have sent it back I would never have served a dish looking like this to guests of mine. I think my duo of fish &lobster (supplement) had been ok but must have sat under a hot light for while as the sauce was completely dried up no use for the sauce spoon that's for sure. Meal ended better nice selection of delicious cheese & an amazing crepe soufflé (supplement). We did not expect a cheap meal but. The standard of my food fell way below what I expected from Michelin 2 knife & fork not to mention master cuisiniere"

"Nous fréquentons ce restaurant au moins deux fois par an et nous n'avons jamais été déçu. Le gérant est extrêmement agréable. Plat délicat et raffiné. Petit bémol, l'aspect extérieur mais passé la porte, tout est oublié!"
