"We dined at The Manor recently and had a nice meal. This is the feature restaurant at the St. Regis hotel on the Cotai Strip, opening hours are 6.30-10.30 (breakfast), 12-3.30 (lunch and Sunday brunch) and 6-11pm (dinner) each day. Seating area is modern and upscale, service is attentive, timely and more professional than what you find at the majority of dining venues around Macau. Menu is a fair mix of international, Portuguese and Macanese inspired dishes. On the evening, we tried their African chicken which we found to be a pretty good version of this local speciality. The dish sauce was a nice blend of ingredients creating nice flavour, chicken was a bit small and boney. In the end, not quite reaching the high standard of places like Henri's Galley or Restaurant Litoral, this was still a pretty good African Chicken. We also had their Arroz De Pato that was similarly pretty good. Rice was topped with seared duck slices and served in a layer of broth base, making it more of a more paella like dish compared to duck rice orders you will find at traditional Portuguese and Macanese restaurants around Macau. It is an interesting take on Arroz De Pato and overall rather enjoyable, something we'd order again the next time we dine at The Manor. Wine list was reasonable for the type of mains on offer and you can also order cocktails prepared at the very good St. Regis Bar and brought over to the restaurant. In the end, we liked out meal at The Manor at St. Regis. This is a nice dining venue with creative cuisine, good food and service. It is a place worth considering for those looking for quality restaurants during upcoming visits to Macau."
