"Went for a dinner out, first they gave us the chilli cheese nachos that were stone cold in the middle. They took them back and quite clearly shoved them in the microwave because they came out in the same bowl boiling hot. They then gave us an aperol spritz with a long black hair in it. Maybe this should have been our turning point to leave. They didn’t apologise once, still charged us for everything. We told them we weren’t happy, and they were extremely rude and aggressive. To top it off the cushions on the seats were damp and the entire place smells dusty due to the extremely old and outdated decor. Do not go here if you want good service and good food."

"Unforgettable experience, amazing views and exceptional staff. We've been on the journey of friends staying in August. reception with a great deal, very friendly with anything we needed. the very clean and comfortable rooms, very large terrace with amazing views, we miss shower mat and beach towels. acceptable restaurant, the food was not something to stand out, but it did its function, fill the stomach. very happy with rose especially, very attentive and friendly. the very efficient bar service, with so many customers and so many staff have unraveled great. special mention for fermin, gave drip approaching the bar to ask. the animation team to be very small has given quite the size, very happy especially with miriam, very attentive always, conveyed us very good energy and manu as no, gave it drip to see it dance. amazing surroundings very good beaches, a little isolated but near the center of coves. Good place to disconnect without a doubt."

"Do not eat here. No table service when we sat down. Waited 20 mins to order drinks. And another 15 for them to arrive. Ordered 8 meals 4 kids and 4 adults. The grilled salmon was cold and soggy obviously been sat around for a while and not freshly grilled. My burger arrived still mooing. I like my meat rare but at least show it the grill. I ate some of it not wanting to make a fuss im on holiday too) but i couldn't eat it all. It was actually cold in the middle. The other burger ordered was cooked but not to a a satisfactory standard. I Spoke to a member of staff who admitted it wasnt the first burger sent back that day for the same reason. I asksed for one of the drinks to be taken off the bill €4.95) only to be confronted by the female manager with a face like thunder. She processed to argue that she had asked if everything was ok and that we had said yes. ..... at this time one of her staff was dealing with the issue and i felt no need to complain to the management as the staff where sorting the issue. She then went on to shout at me and my wife about how i wasnt going to pay the bill. I was happy to pay minus the beer. We left after paying the bill but it left a bitter taste to an already repulsive meal . Needless to say we wont be revisiting this establishment i suggest you dont either."

"I already knew this manacor/restaurant bar because I had visited it on other occasions, eating at noon or having coffee several times. This time I was with friends to celebrate an anniversary and it was great all: the attention of the waiters/owners, the food (from menu to a super economic price) excellent and super abundant, the environment and everything in general. It's the best thing in the area. I repeat for sure and recommend it for sure."
