"So I ordered a medium vegetarian pizza to go with ananas. waited 26 minutes while others came to me, ordered and went away. I was the last one waiting. So my pizza comes out of the many. Even I could see that there was no pineapple on it, but the girl that took him out of that many and could cut it into slices could tell her as she asked if the pizza had pineapple. now I opened the box and much to her surprise. no pineapple. how could someone pull the pizza out of it and they don't know? I then noticed on my acknowledgement that there is no mention of pineapple, only vegetarian at a price of $23,99, hmm. So I complained about the wait, but hard lady manager mackenzie? never apologise, just gave me the refund. but when I came back to my hotel room, I order a pizza from the same pizza hat for delivery, $23.99 but hey, the price of $23,99 was for a large vegetarier, no pineapple. how could that be. in the load they accused me of $23.99 for a medium. you think the lady left the ananas from the quitting because she could know that the price was actually for a big one. the girl that said the pizza had pineapple on it, hadn't known? invite me for a big but just to get a medium????????mmmm that was not a typical pizza hut restaurant. only one off without tables"

"Didn't really know what to expect here but the place ultimately exceeded all my expectations. Friendly staff, a large variety of freshly cooked food (and awesome desserts!), and a personal touch by Jeff (managing partner) made the visit worth every buck!"

"Lovely restaurant. You can opt for the more lively bar area or a the more secluded dining room, whatever the mood strikes. Nice selection of wines including a very pleasant house wine at a very reasonable price point. Village salad was fresh with a tasty...house dressing, delicious Greek pizza. Service was very good, prices were very reasonable. Good value for money. Will be back next time in the Falls."

"Before writing this review I sent a message to the management of this establishment to try and resolve this but they never got back to me. I went in for dinner prior to going to a show at the OLg stage. I was staying at the Holiday Inn and it seemed like a good idea at the time. There is a lot on the menu and this might be why they do not have a clear idea of what kind of a restaurant they are. From lamb to pizza and a few things in between . I went with a veggie burger. Horrible. On the plate was carrots and broccoli steamed?? then the burger had a big slice of raw white onion, further into the bite there was a pickle and a tomatoe but at this point I realized it was a frozen patty not made from scratch. The fires were also from a bag. I complained to the server . He confirmed my findings. I had also ordered a beer, which I was drinking. The server told me he would take the beer off the bill?? The food should have come off the bill, I did not eat it. He informed me that there was too much paper work involved with removing this item from my bill ? I inquired that it may not be the right thing to do by giving me a free beer under their liquor license and he said he knew but he would take the chance. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible policy. If a Liquor Inspector reads this review please look into the practice of this place as I feel it might not be following the guidelines and rules to a licensed establishment under Ontario law. For all others do not eat here."

"This was one of the highlights of our trip and the hotel added a perfect setting to enjoy the amazing views from our room after a great day exploring the falls and town. Room with a view is an understatement! Room amenities were exactly what you would expect from the Marriot chain, nice and the bar reception area good. Nice easy walk to the funicular railway down the the falls view point. Easy parking either valet or self park just across the road and walk over. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great and memorable stay at the falls."

"My husband and I enjoyed our previous visit to the Old Crow in April, so we decided we would go again, even though we heard they were now under new ownership. The menu is being updated, so the Grilled Zucchini Wrap I ordered wasn't exactly the same as the last time and I noticed there were a lot less vegetables in it, which I found surprising since most veggie wraps are packed with veggies, although it did have an excellent flavour though. The Chef came over to our table to tell us about the plans for the new updated menu, which was a pleasant surprise. The Bartender/Wait staff seemed relatively inexperienced as she didn't set up our beer flights in the correct order or present them as well as the last Bartender had done. This is what really contributed to our overall last great experience. I must say I was somewhat disappointed this time, but I will give them one more try since they do have great craft beer and once they implement their new menu, hopefully update the interior and train their staff, I hope to support them in this endeavour."
