"My family just got done dining here. The service was actually decent. Prices a bit expensive compared to other options but it was hot out and we wanted to stay close to our hotel. All was going well until food for 80% of our family showed up at the same time. The fries were cold, but that's not the end of the world. No, we asked where the food was for our 14 year old and the waitress said it was coming in a minute. Directly after she said that, she went to the computer and entered another order for a single item. My sons food. 15 minutes went by and no sign of his food. I asked for a manager and stated that clearly something has gone wrong here and we wouldn't pay for his food. Just his food. I asked several times to speak with a manager. The waitress simply refused to send the manager over. This is unacceptable. I have eaten at 100s of restaurants. Sometimes things go wrong and asking for a manager helps to fix them. Instead, she took my sons hot food away and said she was going to call the police since we were refusing to pay. Several minutes later the manager actually showed up and comped the meal. But by then the vibe was dead and his food was luke warm at best. If you go here, don't make a fuss about the service or you might end up in handcuffs."

"Great spot. Decor is cool. Good drinks menu and a wide variety of food to choose from. Taco's are yum, guacamole yum, Ceviche is ok. I probably wouldn't order the Ceviche again. The house red wine is chilled and I enjoyed it. Cost for 4...of us with drinks was $1400 peso's."

"This is a gem, this is a for sure eat here and this is for sure I am coming back. The food is fantastic, the music is the best music I heard in Playa or Tulum and trees growing through the ceiling of this place...makes it one of my all time, yes all time favorite places to eat. Go here for sure"
