"Long fa is a 'asiatique tretteur' with a selection of meals in the vitrine and a sober dining room with about 8 tables a' 4 places. there is no food card, you choose to eat from the vitrin to weight, the kg costs between 19 and 23rd-EUR, a portion is approx. 200g. if you eat in the restaurant, you should also order the rice after weight, otherwise the - not very large - portion 3.-EUR. eating is quite tasty, but could be better seasoned. that is not a problem - the spicy are on the table. with security one of the cheapest ways to eat in poissy neatly."

"We visited Instant twice, first it was a very late Friday evening and we were very happy to find a place with such good reviews still open. We were greeted and received menus. The waiter spoke good English and offered to help us with the...menu if necessary. We ordered beef tartares which he then hesitantly explained to be raw beef. We did know this and continued the order. For a glass of wine he recommended the most expensive one, which might be the best, not sure, but I would've appreciated couple of options. The beef tartare was ok but very under seasoned, which we then had to spice up with salt and pepper. The texture was also very coarse which is slightly odd for a tartare, personally didn't appreciate beef fat sticking between my teeth. It was still ok for a very late meal. After we ordered coffee and check we waited for a REALLY long time to get either. The wait was so long we pondered if there was some issue with our orders. There wasn't and the wait was never explained or apologized. The next day we returned for lunch and salad and we received a lady who spoke less English but really made up with her attitude. She was bubbly and polite and we both ordered salad Italienne. Very, very good choice! The salad is large, well seasoned, lots of different fillings, just like a good lunch salad should be! This I warmly recommend. After we again ordered cappuccinos and the check. The coffee took a while, but immediately after I placed my empty cup aside she got us the check. Second time was much more pleasant and I'd maybe recommend Instant more for lunch than late dinner."
