"We spent a very pleasant couple of hours here when the ski-ing was poor due to a lack of snow. The service was good and the staff helpful. We each had a local Austrian dish - mine was grated potatoes with chicken escalopes (I think). There is a bar area and a restaurant to the side. Limited seating outside, but I think that in good weather it would be extensive. Well worth a visit."

"We had there the new year eve dinner despite we weren't staying the hotel. Nice menu proposal, maybe it would have been more characteristic of they had organized also the midnight celebration"

"Midden in de voetgangers zone gelegen, gezellig hotel. Wel oubollig. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Heel schoon! Maar kamers aan renovatie toe! De pianist in de bar die honky tonky jodelt moet weg. ER zit nooit iemand in de bar bij de herrie. Erg jammer, is de reden dat we volgend jaar elders gaan logeren"

"The Heustadl is located right next to the Sennhütte and not too far away from famous Mooser Wirt and Krazy Känguruh, but easily holds its own due to a very spacious and comfortable atmosphere. What I enjoyed most next to the very good food and truly friendly service was the fact that there was plenty of space to sit down without having to wait too long for a spot to sit (we were a party of five). It is probably the most most relaxed and thus kids friendly Chalet and very recommendable for a chilled lunch on a sunny day in St. Anton."
