"Awesome locals late night bar (which is unusual in SB). Full of friendly people and a never ending game of pool. They have a great selection of beer and cider and the barman knows his stuff. Great night and great memories,"

"First and foremost, people go to watch sports...it's so annoying that they play loud music instead of having the narrative of the games. Everyone in the bar had to repeatedly ask them to turn the game sounds on. Drinks are expensive and they're served in flimsy plastic cups...tacky. you can't get silverware or napkins. Food was ok, but it would be so basic to have utensils in a restaurant. Tables were sticky and not clean."

"Mesa cafe has been a go to spot on the Mesa for decades. With a full bar, and patio seating it is a great option for a casual comfortable meal. They serve breakfast till 3pm and the Benedicts are all awesome. For lunch try the Turkey dip or any of the burgers. Dinner can be busy on the weekends with a very active bar and TV 'S going. The outside patio is dog friendly. They have a side extension that is a quieter than the main room. Overall a good cafe with a full bar. Service can be spotty. Well, they are removing the parklet so it 'll be busy inside and on the patio. Good BLT with a Jakes bloody."

"The Cafe was understaffed but they still let us order take out and sit indoors. The staff was very nice! Coffee was excellent, so was the croissant and chocolate cake but the macarons were too sweet and we didn't eat them. Prices were very expensive."

"I celebrated a pre Fathers Day dinner last night and all six of our party just raved about the atmosphere, staff, and food. I can't wait to go again and try a outside table. Just went for brunch this Sunday and our party started with the Steamed Mussels. We were wowed. We each then proceeded to have traditional breakfast fare and there was no agreement on who's was best. Great meal for a midday visit to Santa Barbara."
