"We have eaten there often. Eat is good. so is the ambiente. service needs help. I understand that good help is difficult to get. I have been in the service industry for 38 years and I know that the call is of great importance. I don't expect any waitresses in dresses or waiters in smoking, but a dress code would be nice, it always looks like they took someone from the street to help. the prizes are going crazy everywhere. I think if it looks as if she were struggling her game it would help with the perception of higher quality without much. it is nice to see the personal that is well dressed and trained to serve. if server simply push down and run their food without detection, I feel dissatisfied as a customer. my wife and I were there many, often and the owner must have recognized us at least, but never says hi. I have always tried to feel like family, cuz they are, brot and butter for business!"
