Un seul bémol (il faudrait pousser un peu le chauffage – Merci)."

"An actual authentic French café/bar which serves home-made food with a friendly service. It's more of a place for locals but the boss was delighted to find Anglos coming in for lunch. There's not much choice; I think it's usually a fish dish done...a few different ways and then the usual (French) pub grub. Me old China from London went for the Croque Monsieur which looked great. My fish and fondue of leeks dish was kinda like a parmentier but it was lovely and well worth the It was packed so you probably should book. Dunno if they speak English Highly recommended for lunch"

"Excellent small bar/cafe in the side street of the old town of Vannes. We ordered local oysters from the bay and Breizh Cola. The service was perfect nice, attentive and unassuming. The oysters were good. Recommend this place."

"On a visit to the town we stopped here after spotting it across the Marina, it was clean, the waiter was very helpful and took his time as our French was not too good. The food was plentiful, tasty and the drinks nicely chilled. Not...expensive and a nice view too."
