"We often look forward to this chewy tasty pizza as a treat. Well, today our treat turned out over baked to near creamatorium status (see 1st pic). Everything is black on top. No chewy cheese or crust here. Crust is over baked and dry. Barely ?any? sauce (dry..see 2nd pic) much less the extra sauce asked for?which wasn?t even listed on the receipt. Why didn?t we call the restaurant? Because we?re not driving all of the way back from West Allis when we would typically pick it up on the way home from work. Went from excitedly looking forward to our ?treat? to utter disappointment!"

"Top of the line owners chef Zak and Sarah at Ca’Lucchenzo have it going on! Everything my Italian husband and I have tried here the four times we have come has been perfectly cooked, prepared and exquisitely plated. They pride themselves on a homely feel where anyone and everyone feels welcome to eat at their table! The staff are so hospitable and remember you if you come back for seconds or thirds or even fourths. *shrugs* What can I say? When we find excellent Italian food we will always be back! Fifths soon? Don’t miss out on this gem in Milwaukee!"

"After 15 minutes we had to go back to the hostess and let her know that a server had still not been to our table. 10 minutes after contacting the hostess a server finally arrived. During the time we dined there, our server never came and asked if the meal was okay and she never offered refills on our drinks. At the end of our meal (and another lengthy wait) I asked another server to let ours know we would like the bill. After 15 minutes of waiting, I finally left with our grandchildren and my husband waited at the table for her to finally arrive. There were very few people dining at the same time we were and an abundance of servers, so there is no excuse for the poor service."

"We arrived late on a Friday (1115p)... we called ahead to make sure we could order food as they were closed at midnight. The service was impeccable. The food was great. The other patrons were thrilled. This was my first time here... we live less than 8 minutes away and this will be a way. Great for sport. Great for beer. Great for food. Egg rolls, pork fillet and chicken pancakes. All remains."

"We went to the innovation for the Osterbüttel. we had a reservation for 12 Noon. There was a woman on a podium with the buffet sign advertising the Easter event. When the crowd grew, the door was blocked by family meeting. They didn't have a staff to govern the crowd. After some confusion, we checked the podium. She said you were asked to pay and sit. We waited and waited and then some. After some excuses, we were taken at 12:45. Once we had a gall take drinks orders, but don't explain the system. After we asked the setup, we were pretty much told to go for it! The buffet was beautifully displayed. Breakfast and lunch menu provided. The cold vegetables in one area were healthy. The seafood contains cooked shrimp, smoked salmon and crab legs all delicious. The ribbing was made to order and ham looked wonderful. The warm food selection sautéed mixed vegetables, a green bean mix and some dishes that I did not recognize.(a sign would be helpful) Finally, the dessert menu was missing. Apparently, cherry cheesecake is a hit because after seeing that people come with this dessert, have dared to get a piece, but it wasn't to be. The servers were especially wonderful! Very friendly and hard work. They were all there on a glorious Easter Day! Thank you."
