"We sat on a stand that was so tight that I couldn't even get my feet past the table-legged coast. my feet stood on the head of my man sitting on the other side. I had to sit at the edge of the bench with the feet on the outside of the bench. the waitress took 15 minutes to welcome us. no apologies or explanation. she was nowhere in sight. our order, starting with appetizer. calamari. I'm dry. we waited a long time between the curses. we saw the waitress in an animated talk about ten minutes with a table that was ready. the restaurant began to be busy. an hour and 15 minutes passed and we had not refunded our meals. my man asked for more water. we waited and waited. I asked the host to call manager. we asked to pack food for the execution. in short, why we were dissatisfied. the manager returned to tell us our meal was finally ready and packed. then he left. the waitress finally arrived to refill water. no apologies for late. we told her we waited for the leak and no longer needed water. I noticed large particles of green rubbish in their water pitcher and pointed out. we're big drinking money. Last meal here we tipped $100. this meal we tipped the busboy $20. this is the first time in my life I didn't tip a server. on the way out, I tried to talk to the superior again. he was rather hostile. he claimed he was the general manager. he had the boldness to say that we were there only one hour and that the service was appropriate. he never mentioned the 15 minutes waiting, even being greeted by server and waiting the 20 minutes after our salads were finished, even getting our meals; which were overcooked, we discovered in the review of the performance. we have rarely ordered. it was all medium well. the bad service and the extraordinary rude treatment must mean that they do not care about customers. we will only protect the institutions that do it, never again."

"In any case would go back. cooking was excellent and the lobster bisque was excellent. baked fish was simply okay, but the garlic parmesan frits were amazing. you're going to be messed up here, but that's what it's about!"
