"Después de una larga jornada en la en el Valle de Las Leñas, llegamos tarde a Malargue y nos recomendaron este lugar. El ambiente muy cálido, buena música, excelente atención pero la comida llego un poco fría. Hay que tener en cuenta que estuvimos en uno de los días mas fríos del invierno con una nevada increíble, pero bueno. Comi el famoso Chivito de Malargue, y si bien el mozo me advirtió que era un animal grande y estaría firme, lo mismo lo probé efectivamente estaba medio duro. Tomamos un vino de la zona muy rico."
