"Unfortunately, my family and I decided to spend our Thanksgiving at RC and it could not have been a worse experience. Aside from the Valet person/Host, the evening was very disappointing!!! The Hostess lacked customer service and seemed to care less about the service we received. My rib eye was returned 2X and I would have expected someone from Management to attempt to resolve this issue; however, I had to settle for a dinner without an entree. We frequent the RC in Atlanta quite a bit and have NEVER experienced such awful service."
