"What an awful experience. My parents and I went to celebrate my birthday. We had horrible service. I don’t know if our waiter was new, bad, or just poorly trained but I will never go back to this restaurant because of the awful service we got. We ordered shrimp cocktail to start, as well as some salads. My parents’ salads can out first. Mine didn’t come out until they were half way finished with theirs and our shrimp cocktail didn’t come out until they were done with their salads. Our entrees came out minutes after the shrimp cocktail. Our reservation was at 6:15 but our entrees didn’t even get to the table until 7:30! I know this because I sent a photo to my husband who couldn’t be with us. My mom ordered surf and turf with lobster tail. The waiter brought her a butter warmer but didn’t light it until her entree was served. She had to eat her lobster with cold butter because it had not had enough time to get hot. She also ordered a side of roasted corn which didn’t get delivered to the table. We had to ask another waiter to get it because ours was nowhere to be seen. It finally arrived after she was done with her meal. Our waiter even apologized for dropping the ball with the corn and for not providing good service but then co tinted to provide poor service. Our plates were not cleared in a timely manner. We asked for desserts to go because we just wanted to get out of there, but it took the waiter another twenty minutes to bring them. My water glass was empty for half of my meal. The food was cooked well but all we could think about was the awful service. You’d think with prices like that the service would be top notch. There was a jazz pianist and vocalist there right by our table. It was too loud and distracting! We came for a nice dinner, not to be entertained. We were very disappointed in the entire experience and will not go back."
