"This was our second visit to Tavlin. Being Christmas night they were doing a great job seemingly short staffed. Young female staff member was great. Food was very nice. Unfortunately our experience was tainted by a male waiter who was really quite arrogant. He missed our tabouli order, which happens,. but he argued and was adamant we didn't order it. When he collected the bill folder with our payment his way of asking if it was ready to take was to say nothing, raise an eyebrow and point at it and when he returned with our change he didn't make eye contact or acknowledge us in any way. I will go there again for the food but will ask for a different staff member if he is there."

"Who would have thought that a completely hummus-based menu could be so diverse and tasty? reggew hummus always meets the place. about half of the menu is veggie / vegan and the veggie options can be turned all vegan by removing the ice. I appreciate that coffee and salate is included without a price, as well as bread refills. feels like a good value and somewhere to really sit and enjoy their meal in slower fashion. try the homemade limonade!"

"The food was amazing and very plentiful. We simply loved everything that we sampled . Fresh, well seasoned and just tasted great. I am a bit of a food snob and wouldn't go back to many places that I have eaten out at with the exception of this place. Highly recommended and will be going back hopefully very soon."

"I love this food and place. I am meat lover, but this type of food makes me happy and the place is so cozy! I usually don't like music when I eat, because it is often too loud, but this is perfect music with perfect volume. And the personal is so beautiful that the hummus must be the fluffiest hummus of the world. so delicious."
