"Despite the recommendations by some restaurant critics, we did not order a la carte and instead went with the tasting menu. We also opted to have the wine pairing. We were just in that kind of mood. WOW I am so glad that we did. The food is interesting and delicious. The wine pairing is satisfying and balancing. We tasted everything on the menu with the exception of the ribeye, sharing each course as they came. There is definitely something to this arrangement of dining. It is a pricey night in the end but definitely worth it, and I would say that the wine pairing is a value. I had a peek at the Dry-Aged Ribeye for 2 with salt-baked potato and we will definitely get that next time. The service is impeccable and genuine. The manager warmly greeted us and clearly is in quiet command. The service comes with ease instead of an eagerness to please... Probably because they know how satisfying your experience will be. I have read that the atmosphere is quiet and I have also read that it was lively. This is a small cozy restaurant that started out intimate and became lively as all became engaged in the experience. Highly recommend!"
