"We made reservation for Mothers day at Ajax location. When we made the reservation, they said we had Buffet and Menu options. When we arrived at the location the restaurant was empty with a handful of people. You would expect a restaurant that looked very fancy from outside would be extremely busy on a mothers day. Well its no surprise that this restauran is not that popular in in Ajax. This was our first time going there and I certainly say, it was the last time. The staff was terrible at service. We went there only to be told that they "tried" to call us half an hour earlier to tell us that they are only serving Buffet. By that time it was too late as we had already invited other guests to join us at the restaurant. When I asked to speak to the owner, the owner "Advised" me to go to their restaurant in Scarborough. Why would resident of Ajax go all the way to Scarborough where there are so many other restaurants that are far better than La Sani ?... Over all if you are planning to go this place, please don't trust them when you make a reservation that they will serve you ale cart or Buffet. Oh yeah...you will be served with plastic fork and spoons at your desk. Again, for a restaurant that looks fancy outside, even the buffet they serve are not warm, their spoons are wrapped in silver wrapping. As i stood there, other people who showed up for dinner, looked at their buffet ($17.00/person) and walked out the door. The owner does not seemed to care as he wanted me to bring my guests to his Scarborough location. Overall horrible experience, we did not eat there, ended up going to another Indian place in Pickering that had both buffet and food on the menu for us to order. Oh yea..they were very busy unlike this restaurant on a Mothers day."

"I went for their Thursday wing deal, arrived at around 7pm for dinner. We were seated quite quickly but it took 5 mins before we were even acknowledged by the staff. After which, we weren’t provided with water and had to wait another 10 mins before our orders were taken, and we had to proactively ask for water.It then took another 15 mins to bring our drinks, it was a beer and a ginger ale, unsure why it took so long to bring these; and 25 mins for the food to be brought to us. Everything was cold, we flagged our server to get this addressed and she said “let me get the kitchen to re-heat these” and took our wings and kettle chips away. She came back after 5 mins to let us know that the kitchen is actually remaking our food. But after a quick 5 mins, our wings came back and tasted reheat as they were extremely dry and crispy (you can taste the difference between these and the initial cold ones). The kettle chips seemed to be fresh.For a night where they have a special, and around 7pm, peak dinner time, I don’t understand how the restaurant was so disorganized and understaffed. Our server was somewhat nice and thanked us for being patient but the service was not on par to other Kelsey’s experiences. The lack of checking in, not even offering water, taking 15 mins to bring drinks that only involved pouring. Overall a disappointing and unsatisfying experience."
