"We chose Three Blue Ducks because we had not been to the Brisbane establishment and wanted a special occasion with friends we had not seen for many years. When we exited the elevator we were met with an overpowering sewage odour which wafted through the restaurant for the whole afternoon. We were told it was due to low tide on the river and I felt there should have been a plan B to mitigate the impact as it seemed to be a known problem. Three of our party ordered a glass of Australian bubbly and it was specified a number of times we only wanted three glasses. During the meal I suddenly became aware our glasses were being topped up and we had to pay for the bottle. The food and service quality was mixed and despite enjoying the company of our friends the restaurant experience was disappointing."

"Beautiful food. We had the salmon and sizzling steak. Only knocked it down a star as we waiting quite a while for our order to be taken even though the restaurant was not busy. Definitely worth a try. Would return."
