"Gestern Abend im "Istrien" auf der Wiener Str.( https://www.facebook.com/restaurantistrien ). Wir waren eine Gruppe von acht Personen, alle anderen Tische waren leer (Uhrzeit: 19:30). Begrüsst wurden wir nicht, Getränke und Speisewünsche wurden aufgenommen, die Getränke waren dann auch schnell am Tisch. Wirt / Kellner (?) verschwand dann (ich nehme an, er half in der Küche), sodass weitere Getränkebestellungen nicht möglich waren. Die Wartezeit aufs Essen war gerade noch erträglich, in Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass wir alleine im Lokal waren, aber sicherlich zu lange. Bestellt wurden neben einem Bauernsalat auch Calamari vom Grill mit Spinaterdäpfeln (ca. 14 Euro). Sie erschienen frisch und gut zubereitet. Dann gab´s noch einen Fleisch-Spieß mit Gemüsereis (naja, Karotten waren dabei, ca. 13 Euro), der ebenfalls gut schmeckte, sowie eine Goldbrasse (19), ebenfalls mit Spinaterdäpfeln. Auch der Fisch schien frisch und gut zubereitet zu sein.Obwohl es mehrere offene Weine gibt, scheinen diese nicht auf der Karte auf. Speziell der (slowenische) Malvasia wusste zu überzeugen. Bier gibt´s vom Gösser. Etwas mehr Dekoration im Lokal, eine etwas freundlichere und effizientere Bedienung hätten wir uns gewünscht, es war aber alles im erträglichen Rahmen.Was uns SEHR gestört hat: die Musikauswahl. Es gab fast ausschließlich deutsche Schlager zu hören. Das tat in den Ohren weh. Wir hätten uns eine dem Lokal entsprechende Musik gewünscht."
