"Wir waren 20 min nach Öffnung da und die Urige Eckkneipe platzte fast aus allen Nähten. Ich denke das spricht für sich. Wir ergattern noch 2 Sitzplätze und wurden prompt und nett bedient. Super Essen. Große Portionen. In der Zeit sind als mehr Gäste gekommen die der Wirt immer nett erklärt hat das er leider voll sei. Professioneller Umgang mit Kunden. Bei unseren nächsten Besuch in der Lanxess Arena werden wir bestimmt wieder vorbei schauen und vorher reservieren!"

"My friend and I went to this restaurant after recommendation from the hotel we were staying. The food is good but I am disappointed about the choice of drinks. One is expecting in a country such as Germany to find more than one simple Pils in a menu. Such a shame."

"Visited today as we had heard the beer and food were good. What a disappointment, very few beers on offer, they said they had sold out of the one my partner wanted. The waitress was neither friendly or helpful. We decided to try the schnitzel...to eat. My partner ordered the schnitzel with 2 fried eggs. The eggs had been cooked for so long that the white was black underneath and the yolk was solid, the schnitzel had also been overcooked and was very dark and dry, cooked previously and reheated in a microwave, the chips were not freshly cooked either. I ordered schnitzel with a mushroom sauce, the sauce was extremely salty and not very pleasant to eat. We asked for vinegar for our chips and were told they had never heard of it. We could barely eat any of our food, if we had been in England we would have certainly sent it back. We decided to pay our bill and leave. As we paid the waitress the exact money she very rudely told us that service was not included, we told her we had no intention of paying a service charge, she should have realised why when she looked at our full plates! Probably one of the the worst meals we have ever had. I have given it 1 star, zero star would be more appropriate, avoid this place at all costs."

"The standard menu is quite small as the chef does prepare a daily menu based on saisonal and daily availability. What you definitely should try is a steak as they have a special way to grill it I did choose an Entrecôte with roast potatoes which was excellent. As starter I did choose a carpaccio from porcino mushrooms. I did never try that before but it was excellent. The quality of the mushrooms was that excellent that they could prepare the carpaccio without frying, cooking or preparing the mushrooms in any way excellent. The waiter has been very nice and kind and did answer all of our questions. Prices are reasonable for the quality"
