"Horrible experience today at the Northridge location, the girl working had her back turned when we walked in and proceeded to figit with the remote control for the menu display, another Girl helped us at the register and we ordered with her while the other girl kept distracting the one ringing us up. I didn’t like my dressing and asked for the buffalo ranch, the girl working said “we don’t actually have that, it’s just on the menu” uhm excuse me? What does that even mean? They charge 35 cents for a new dressing except when the girl gave it to the other girl to give to me after I paid, she dropped it and then had to get another one. This place is a disaster, the girls are all so unprofessional, talking loudly and treating customers like they are inconvenienced by taking their orders. Never will I come back! So much unnecessary attitude!"

"Being a salad lover, I was so excited to find a neighborhood spot that specializes in salads! My first couple experiences were not so great. Salads inconsistent and sub par customer service at best. I eat out 7 nights a week so Chop Stop became a once or twice a week go to for me! I stopped going for a while after a couple back to back disappointing experiences and when I finally decided to give it another try, I came across Cynthia, who not only is excellent in the customer service department, but she is kind, knowledgeable, friendly, remembers her regulars and of course, my salad is always right when she makes it! Chop Stop is now back in my weekly rotation and that’s because of Cynthia! I even call ahead to see if she is working, because honestly, if she isn’t there, I’ll take my business somewhere else to avoid the frustration and come back when she is working! So thank you Cynthia for always making my experience great :"
