"A very modest looking place - yes there is seating - like 4 chairs at a counter along the glass front of the place, but I wouldn't call this place "a restaurant." Nonetheless, this is a really good place for take-out Roasted pork (Siew yook) or Barbecued pork (cha Siew) on rice. My husband and son loves getting take-out here."

"Sometimes you just don't want to go downtown or even to North York for a good ramen, then Koi Sakana can satisfy that hunger. It's quite difficult to find the first time, it's a small store and the sign wasn't obvious, if my friend had not been there before, I won't notice it. The decor is very Japanese, and the booth seats were really tight, since it's a small shop. I opted for the pork tongue ramen and it was really tender and full of flavour. It's my first time seeing pork tongue in a ramen store, and it really exceeded my expectation. My girlfriend had the Hokkaido Milky Tonkotsu Ramen, and she loves it. The soup reminded me of soy milk, but it was good. The tofu cheesecake tasted store bought and had been in the freezer for awhile. Don't really recommend trying it for $4. Overall the ramen was really good, soup base isn't too salty, and the cheesecake wasn't good. I saw the next table had the pork katsu and it looked amazing, that's the next dish I'll try."

"Had a great time last night! Got to meet the manager, what a humble and gracious host. We stayed late and got to watch as they were closing and noticed how tightly run his ship was. We were impressed by the cleanliness and efforts of the staff as they performed their wash down before close. Food was top notch, my wife is from the same town as the manager which earned us a complimentary dessert :"

"I'd rather go with others so we can split different dishes but this resto is always good to me. I'm not a fan of fake meat but their veggie dishes are satisfying and ample. Tofu makes me happy, what at else is there to say!"

"We should have asked to see the menu before being seated. The menu is way too big and so badly translated that it's hard to understand. The food was awful too -- sweet and sour soup very sweet, and the main dish we ordered was very dry and mostly vermicelli with a couple of thin strips of dried out beef on top -- we wondered later if it was meant to have chicken broth in it. I gave it one star only because of its location."

"Went with the family to celebrate Father's Day. We decided to have dim sum instead if the regular lunch menu and were happy with our decision. The dim sum menu is large and have an excellent selections of steamed dumplings and an assortment of fried stuff. Items were fresh as they were ordered instead of picking your choice from carts going around with cold stuff. Items were tasty and reasonably priced. The restaurant is clean and service was very good and prompt. Will be back to try their dinner menu."
