"Went to Big Art's BBQ today. Went there at 3:45pm and the doors were locked. The sign on the door said open at 3:00pm. Three other cars pulled up and they along with us waited, but they left at 4:15pm. We stayed until 4:30pm and they finally opened the door. I just now read on Yelp that the restaurant has not been opening up on time. Why is that? Another thing we had 2 servers come to our table. One server said to the other, you wait on them. The other server acted like she didn't want to wait on us, but did anyway. She served us the wrong drinks. Please be careful with that, my husband is diabetic. The food came out quickly and was good and we got what we ordered. We also noticed they had two young children working there serving drinks and bread to everyone's table. The servers were adults that brought out the food and also to other people. If I had to guess the age of the children working there I would say 11 and 14. Is this legal? I also noticed not too many tables were occupied. It used to be crowed. If this continues I fear that they won't be opened too much longer if this type of service continues. It will be sad to see this wonderful family owned restaurant come to a close."

"We had no good experience in this restaurant. we are there on Thursday at 16:30. Only another customer waited for the counter so that he was not overcrowded. After I looked at the menu, I asked to order an article, but you said they were outside. I asked for another article and they were outside. Finally I ordered a sandwich that was decent but not remarkable. my wife ordered a green salad and a side of kartoffels and wobble. we waited for almost an hour and decided to take it out just to find out later that a container of quite pure boiled cauliflower was placed in our bag instead of kartoffels, and my wife didn't even like it. it was very disappointing. I would like to encourage quite vegan places, if possible, and for the happiness there are several other vegan places close to cincinnati, so that it would go again my first choice not be. I'm sorry. but if someone else wants to eat there, I would suggest definitiw to order the takeout before the time instead of waiting a long time on their small counter, and check that they get what they have ordered."
