"If you?re wanting curb side like they advertise DO NOT go to this location. The lady who I called was super rude. She stood at the Front door and motion for me to walk to her to pick up my order and then didn?t even have the entire order ready for me to walk to her to get. I then asked her if I had to walk to her and she proceeded to get another employee to bring my order to me curbside. They both gave me dirty looks and the second woman was extremely condescending and fake after her and the other elderly woman both glared at each other because I requested curbside. I?m not sure if they were just ready to go home for the day or what but this interaction means I will not be coming back here. I had a really long day and wanted the convenience offered only to be rudely surprised. Definitely not the way you treat customers!"

"They have a chicken Alfredo bowl , I was under the impression it had noodles . I called the store to discuss the matter . The first girl who answered was very polite.She did everything she needed to in trying to resolve the issue. Offered us no refund, however offered a chicken Alfredo pizza in the bowls place ! Unfortunately we had already ordered a epic stuffed crust and didn’t want another pizza . Which then she asked us to give her a second to hand the phone over to her manager .When the lady picked up the phone She never said her name , however started to make us aware of their no refund policy . Then decided to tell my bf how it was his fault for not understanding the online menu . Give you , her tone was very condescending. When my bf got upset and felt insulted , corrected the lady. Saying, “ what is your name ?” In which she replied,” It’s my policy I don’t have to give you my name!” When my bf asked for corporates number . At that point she hung up on us. I order from them often. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. Very disappointed."
