"Had The pleasure of enjoying Truth Barbecue in Brenham Texas ?today! It was an excellent experience and Meal?. The brisket was amazing and I would rank it in my top three. ?? The sausage was outstanding as well. We also had pork spareribs which were great, but definitely not the best I?ve ever had?. They did, however, I have some of the best side items I?ve ever had any barbecue joint. We had mac cheese, cornbread pudding, pinto beans, and tater tot casserole. ? Overall, an excellent experience"

"Be ready for super tasty bbq very tender it almost fell from the fork. mac and cheese and potato salad are on the spot. Do not forget the banane pudín! this photo was on Thursday afternoon. this is authentic texas bbq and everyone is super beautiful."

"Cute little place on the town square. Food was good. I had the veggie bowl with steamed rice and it was awesome! The rest of my crew had the burgers and tacos and they loved them. My only critique would be the use of styrofoam cups, paper plates and plastic silverware. That is a lot of unnecessary waste in the landfill. Also, they automatically add 18% tip to your bill if you have 5 more more in your party. But I'm sure it is pricey for them to have a restaurant on the square. We will definitely eat there again."

"Great friendly counter service bbq joint. Seems like we got there at the tail end of what was available so missed out on the sides other than slaw. Brisket, both moist and lean, was on the drier end of things but the flavor was excellent. Beans were great and the sauce, though not really needed was too. The sausage was definitely lacking in the seasoning department for my tastes, just a bit of a loose texture affair for me. What I assume to be the owner brought out some ribs on the house and they were the standout of the meal. Would definitely come back just for those. Overall, a great pit stop on our drive."

"I ate here when I came out of town. I used to live in brenham, but moved away 10 years ago. as soon as I saw nathan's bbq, I told my enkel, we eat there definitiw before we leave the city. I understand that the restaurant has changed its own, but eating was still so good."

"Night shift Crew is just completely a bunch of kids, had a rep at this location a week ago durring the day, food was perfect and service, reps gone promotions gone, as well as the people actually acting like its a job. No it's not all, but it's definitely 80% and its so Sad when these locations are ruined with these situations, it's work time, not playtime."
