"Not as well known as the other BBQ places in Ellijay, but worth a visit.. Friend and I stopped at noon the weekend at work, we both had the chopped pig. She had the sandwich and I got a plate, pig was a little dry, but had good taste including smoke. Uniform Chiop makes me wonder if this machine is shrunk, I really prefer to pull my pork. To her credit it was served without sauce, there were 3 types of sauces available, I liked the sharp the best. The best part of the meal was the sides, between us we had sweet potatoes, roasted okra and onion rings. All were sharp and wonderful! The friend had a fried pancake to dessert and loved him. We will return!"
