"We arrived on time with a reservation and our 9-headed group was immediately served... the two waiters were fast and since we had eaten this day late to midday, we ordered our appetizers directly... the choice on the menu was great and the cocktail arrived and came out very small. they give the brand new meaning, I would recommend drinking before they arrive. while we ordered, I saw a hamburger going past another table... wow that was my decision... hey, I thought since the hamburger was invented in hamburg, I can't do anything wrong. the other ordered all other items in the menu, bbq, local fish, carving.... the waiter accepted my Burger order, told me it was the house speciality, so he wrote it up. then I asked the waiter if it was fresh, he could serve it in a rare medium. he said ok and then took up the order of all the others. the order of all the others was perfect, all the others said that their dinner was fantastic... my burger was at the arrival dead... the same waiter told me in perfect English: "we must blow all our frozen meat well"! I asked him why he didn't explain when I asked during the order that the burger meat is a frozen patty in her home-specificity? chef cook came out of the kitchen to calm me, apologise me, so I sit here, all are done, I'm done with so many I've seen in emden, get you fresh bark"
