"After great debate and deliberation my wife and I decided to stop in here after evening of run errands. The Ambiance was great. There was a DJ and dancing. We were seated at the bar and the waitress and bartender were both on their game and making the patrons feel at home. Our food took about 20 minutes to come out and we were enjoying it when my wife motion for me to look at the napkins where we noticed that there was in fact a giant roach crawling on the napkins. I motioned for the waitress pointed it out where is she immediately screamed and ran away and got the other bartender who promptly came over and crush the roach right there on the bar top right in front of us. Needless to say we immediately left and I don't think I'll be going back. It's not because of the wait staff or because of the bartender who were both very well and did their jobs well but the fact that we were served a roach with our napkins is something I can't get past will not return."

"The brisket, the Amish smoked BBQ chicken and roasted potatoes are to die for! The whole offering of their menu is simply great! Due to is Arkins' great food and the pandemic, the wait is long, but worth it. The best days to go is the next day or two after their closing days, food seems to be its freshest then! And the proprietor, Arkin is the best! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to some Arkins!!!!"

"Unfortunately, they were closing, but the kind servers said they would take our order anyway, we just couldn't sit ùdown. That was really nice of them. Many choices of bubble tea were available. My choice was a Strawberry tea that was excellent. I was smacking my lips. I want to go back soon to try other things, especially the shaved ice, which is a great treat in Korea. I can't wait to return try other varieties."
