"This consistently excellent (and very popular restaurant is our favourite for Vietnamese. It 's a vibrant place to go, with some wonderful dishes including BBQ Pork on Rice, Chicken Noodle Soup, Rice Vermicelli Salad with Marinated Beef and Fish in Clay Pot. "Comfortable bistro setting, air conditioned and family friendly. There is no table service you order and collect your meals from the counter and get your drinks from the bar. As this keeps prices down, I 'm fine with that. The menu is extensive, and when...you collect your base order, you then help yourself to sides from the vegetable and salad bars. (8 veges and 11 salads the day we were there). Plus some of the best chips in town lovely bread rolls, which are also help yourself . The staff are friendly and the food is very good quality pub grub, with lots of choices. The serves are large. For entree we had calamari (did not seem house made, but was tender and not greasy) and prawn cutlets (seemed house made and were yummy). Then followed with the daily specials of Veal Parmigiana (huge tasty) and Crumbed Brains (can 't stand them myself, but partner said they were excellent). All for $30ph plus drinks great value. If you don 't choose the specials, the cost will be higher, of course. But I don 't think any main is over $29 and most are around $20. My only complaint would be some of the veges were overcooked, but I would still recommend and will definitely be coming back."

"Menu is simple, healthy, affordable and amazing value for the quality. It's everything I want in a lunch spot.They really know what they are doing here, it really is understatedly a cut above.The dumplings are actually the best I have ever eaten. And the sandwiches are just so fresh, interesting, healthy and delicious. Full of goodness with a tasty twist and great texture.And, the eggs were PERFECT. Not runny not hard, just a bit gooey in the middle, exactly what I asked for.A"
