"Delicious strawberries and produce, excellent preserves and other goods, absolutely exceptional strawberry shortcake and other freshly made foods! We stopped getting the strawberry shortcake from the strawberry festival or anywhere else for that matter because this is the best one. The Cuban sandwiches and other strawberry desserts are fantastic as well; we usually have to get at least one of each dessert whenever we go here. The staff is absolutely delightful and efficient. This place is well worth the inevitable line to get to the service counter."

"I love food trucks and I'm blessed to have moved to a town with so many of them. I was excited when I passed this one. The service was great. The ladies behind the counter were very kind. I ordered two Gorditas, one chicken and another beef. I didn't have to wait long for them. I've never had an authentic Mexican Gordita. The presentation was great, loved the Mexican cheese and the corn tortilla. I thought the meats were lacking spice and could have used a little more salt. This wasn't a major issue. I'll stop by again to try their other menu items but probably not until I've tried the other trucks near by."

"As a truck driver I get the chance to eat at all kinds of places around this country. My favorite being the moms and pops places.The country Cuban is nothing shy of backroad down home hospitality and food that matches.I got the country Cuban sandwich and boy was it a great choice!! 10 out of 10 I would absolutely stop here again?"
