"I really want to like this restaurant because it's locally owned and convenient b/c they offer delivery in Windsor. However, the service is pleasant but sloppy. I have never dined in the restaurant (delivery only) so I can't speak for service in the restaurant. I called in to order a pizza. The young lady on the phone was clearly not listening when asking questions about my order b/c she repeatedly got the information wrong. Then we were told the order would take 35 to 45 minutes. The delivery person arrived an hour later with a brown bag. This was clearly not a pizza. Apparently the orders were mislabeled. Then we open the pizza and it's cold. The crust is very chewy and tough and does not taste home made. It reminded me of refrigerated pizza dough. That said, the pizza toppings themselves were very fresh. One of these things along wouldn't have been a big deal. All of these factors combined resulted in disappointment. As much as I prefer to support local businesses, we will not be ordering from here again. I'd rather order from Pizza Hut for better service, flavor and consistency."

"Great bbq! We had the pulled pork and turkey breast. The BBQ sauce was great, just the right amount of sweet and heat. The sides were great. We had sweet mashed and mac and cheese. It was a heaping portion of meat and sides. The bear balls were amazing! You get three deep fried cornbread balls stuffed with pulled pork and mac and cheese, topped with bacon and cheese sauce."

"No one was there to put us. waited over 10 minutes after our reservation, while the personal sttoddd and gossiped drive around a table. when he was asked to sit, someone was told that someone was supposed to be there and went back to go. we sat at the bar. bad experience with a reservation."

"The Freedom dip was awful the meat what ever it was tasted weird he texture did not taste like meat. I barley ate a quarter of it . The rest went in the garbage . The coleslaw was very good. The bacon avocado was good. All the food was cold. Disappointed the food here is usally very good."

"I spent over $50 at Lilly's and it was not a good experience. A woman with box braids and braces poor customer service. She had a rude demeanor to her. I asked for hot Mac and cheese that came out because the cold one was sitting at the front. I was told no but again I'm spending more than $50. She then made a side remark to the other lady next to her thinking i would understand the comment ahe made in the secondary language she spoke. Time to check she seemed to be over me. I asked if my cake was in the bag she walked a way and said nothing. Now let's talk about the food. I ordered two dinner platters. The ribs were good. The sides were nasty. Mac and cheese was soggy. Cabbage was Unseasoned. The collard greens was more like kale. Whatever meat they cook the greens in, don't use it. Very nasty. The greens was also soggy. Yams where okay. Cornbread should be consistentlly coming out since it comes with every meal. Cornbread wasnt good. Strawberry cake was fair. Overall it's a shame I won't be returning because of customer service and Quality of food. It might not matter that me or others might not return but looking at other reviews somethings should be changed."
