"ONE start because this wont let me rate lower than that. The one good thing of this place has nothing to do with the restaurant or the people working there, and it is the view. The view is great, you can get to see a beautiful sunset over the bay and old Havana. Now, the people working there have no idea or culture of service. the grilled lobster was under-cooked, the grilled fish wasn't grilled, I think it was fried, because it was dripping some dark oil. The salad was a sadly presented thick slices of cucumbers and couple of leaves of lettuce. The place was infected with flies. One of them landed in a glass of coca-cola and the lady was refusing to replace it because according to her when she served the glass there was no flies on it'. On top of that it was overpriced. You can have better service and better food for far less money anywhere else in Havana. Don't waste your time or money there."
