"Average barbecue best combined with disinterested customer service will make my first trip my only trip and I will definitely look elsewhere for grill in the future. I went in the middle of the afternoon and not only was the order taken wrong, but the person that it seemed to help us less than interest, and we were also given the wrong sides, and the ribs and brisket were dry and lacking in good taste. definitiw will not come back."

"TOXIC Best word to describe the environment in this establishment. I ordered almost $200 worth of food for a lunch presentation and the employees were so frightened of the owner to hand out plates with it, they had to call to approve giving me paper plates with my catering order... Would not support individuals that foster this environment."

"First time driving there today. Went through the drive-thru. They do require mask up-front. Overall my experience previously was great as I absolutely love their hardshell tacos. The shell has nice crunch with the shredded meat which was juicy. The yellow cheese adds a smooth texture with the meet while the lettuce and tomato adds a refreshing taste. If I had to get one critique is price of these tacos which were $3.xx. But why are you so good?! Definitely recommend. Customer service was great this time and the last few times I was here."

"We were so surprised to find there was no wait for a table at 38 Degrees on a Friday night, but we were really glad for it. We were greeted warmly, the noise level was just right in the restaurant, and the menu has lots of variety without being overwhelming. The staff was super friendly and offered great recommendations that were spot on. Our server said you need the Philly Argentine sandwich in your life, and he was so right! It had just the right level of seasoning and was STUFFED with beef. Juicy, tender beef in a lightly toasted bun with a touch of chimichurri aioli...I 'll be coming back for that again, though the rest of the menu is really tempting, too. My husband loved his ratatouille sandwich. More than a basic garden sandwich, this was oozing with pesto, cheese, and garlic aioli melding with veggies hot off the grill everything we love about a chicken pesto sandwich, except I think chicken would 've gotten in the way of the flavors, tbh. I 'm not a vegetarian, but I 'd order this sandwich in a heartbeat. I had a bite and almost kept the rest for myself. The beer was cold, the cider was bubbly, and the Oaxaca Old Fashioned was smoky, deep, and richly flavored. The beer cheese nachos were also pretty great, because how can you go wrong with beer cheese and pickled jalapenos? : Huge portions, fantastic service, really yummy comfort food. The only thing that could 've made this better would be to have retro movies playing on some of the TVs."

"Context: Store closes at midnight and I came with my 9months pregnant wife right around 11pm. We just wanted to get one of the desserts. They gave us the option to sit down at the bar so I asked them if we could sit on the padded seat booths instead of high rise chairs since my wife was pregnant and also the fact that the couple right in front of us was seated at the booths and there were other people sitting there as well as seen in the pictures. Anyways, we ended up sitting at the bar area and ordered the dessert which was good. But the customer service made me give this rating."
