"Best hot dogs I ever had in a restaurant. Chicago dog a real novelty for our area and Carolina dog can be in this state together with any other. The Viennese cattle dogs are excellent, like the poppy beans. And to complete it from my wife was able to get a gluten-free dog and bread. Chicago memorabilia is neat and makes almost for the omnipresent Fox News. Second trip: On a last day tour to break the pandemic routine, we decided to eat at Mike's. Great location in downtown Ashboro, with a large park nearby to sit and enjoy the day. Everything was hot and delicious. Our favorite was the Fritten. They offer white with or without natural shell. We've been there and will try without our next visit."

"The service was very poor. The server could have been overwhelmed. I am not sure. She seemed to spend more time with Tables of folks that she had more in common with. We had to go out of our way to get the servers attention, for water refills and such things. My wife and I had chimichanga's. They were dry and had little flavor. My brother in-law had chicken Fajitas. They looked pretty tasty. Unfortunately, we had to ask for the tortillas that come with the meal. The server seemed very surprised that he should have received tortillas with his meal. Over all, it was a waste of a family meal. We will not waste our hard earned money there or any of there other establishments. "First time visiting with my family was beyond our expectations! Tried the Texas cheeseburger and WOW we were super impressed. The waiter was on top of it and was very attentive. Saw some reviews about the restaurant being old, but what gives as long as it is clean and the food is great! I am happy to support a locally owned business!"

"What a gem. This food is outstanding- seriously high quality, flavorful and notably above anything around. So far I’ve had the shrimp pasta, reuben, French Dip, and crab cakes. The food alone is enough to keep coming back, but service was excellent as well: everyone appears to be happy working here. The attention to detail (espresso served in handmade mugs, flowers, wood and trim) makes for a wonderful dining experience. "I went here a day before I posted this and I was quite impressed, the restaurant looks modern on the outside and inside. No one was there when I left. I had the chickens tender and fries and it was good, the fries had some season on them so they were even better. The food came out quite quickly and the waitress was nice and helpful. You have everything from Quesadillas to Shrimps! If you're in Asheboro, you should be over!"
